Temple University's Chapter of the Public Relations Student Society of America

Temple PRSSA is a pre-professional organization for students who are interested in public relations and communication. Temple’s chapter is one of the largest and longest-standing chapters in the region. Their mission is to help students launch their careers in communication by providing guest speakers, professional development workshops, and events to help aspiring practitioners expand their knowledge and grow their network in the field.

As Vice President, I was responsible for all internal and external chapter programming. I acted as a leader and mentor to my peers and work closely with students and professionals to curate interesting, engaging programming, workshops, and guest speakers. With PRSSA, I was blessed to attend to 2019 PRSSA International Conference in San Diego, California. This conference was a life-changing event and it was incredible to meet and network with fellow communication students and professionals from around the world.
